About the Summit

India Kitchen & Food Service Design Summit, 2016 will be hosted by Hotelconsult Orient (www.hotelconsult.in) on 30th sept & 1st oct, 2016. There will be 4 panel discussions on Day 1 and 5 panel discussions on Day 2 with networking lunches and coffee breaks. There will be a network dinner on the night of Oct 1. Topics for the discussions will relate to kitchen design, blast freezing in kitchens, central kitchen ventilation, ware washing, design of display kitchens, rapid cooking technologies, combi ovens for Indian cooking, energy saving, sustainability, food safety, grease capture, food waste treatment & so on. Panelists will be hoteliers, consultants, reputed manufactures and industry experts. Registration will start from 5th August, 2016. Registration Fee Details

INR 14000 per person including service tax for Two Days Conference and Networking Dinner
